I spent some time at home for Fall Break. Last Monday was my  birthday, so I went with some friends to Raj Mahal, a fantastic Indian Restaurant in the East Village. The food is pretty good but what makes this place really fantastic is the sitar playing (the first picture shows my friend Shirley and the sitar player) and the crazy birthday surprise you get when your friends secretly tip the waiters off.

This roll of film got stuck, so each image is multiple exposures. I'm disappointed that I wasn't able to see all of the pictures that I took at the beach in Gualala, California, but it is cool how the images merged and you can still see a hint of the separate photos.
